Bend it like Captain

Captain's favorite new sport? Soccer! (Or, 'football' for any non-Americans out there.... although in Captain's case 'mouth & pawball' might be more appropriate).

Sure, the ball might be a tad big for his mouth- but he LOVES chasing it!

Tis the season

The lights are up, the tree is decorated (and on top of the kennel!), and Captain is cuddling! We didn't make it to any beaches or special parks this weekend (just our usual jaunts), but Captain still enjoyed blankets, bones, and basking in the sun (when it was out). He also had fun at a little holiday party we threw at our apartment with some friends - always the center of attention :-)

I'm already somewhat dreading having to leave him again soon when we go back East for Christmas... but, Captain will be with our friends at O'Paws for almost 5 days, and I know he'll be well taken care of in "Vizlsa heaven".

Got me thinking about our tree this year too- last year we had a teeny one on top of a cabinet, but this year I'm hoping to get a full sized one... that is, if Captain will leave it alone.

Finally, the puppy in this one just killed me! I want another one!

Rodeo Beach

Saturday we went to the beautiful Rodeo Beach for some beach time.

Ziggy joined us too, so it was a very Vizsla day- lots of fun!
