Cool treats

We had a very warm weekend here in San Francisco, and Captain and his friends enjoyed some "Yoghund" dog treats- basically icecream for dogs (but don't worry, it's made with peanut butter and banana!)

Captain had a good time watching the half marathon I did this Saturday, although he seemed a little confused as to why he wasn't running with mommy....luckily there were plenty of people around to play with.

The next two weekends Captain will be spending more QT with his buddy Trax, since we have not one but TWO weddings to go to in NYC. Phew. That's a lot of traveling. But at least Captain will be enjoying buddy time!

Half Moon Bay Beach day

Half Moon Bay is one of my favorite spots to go, maybe because every time we've been, the weather has been just perfect. And there are plenty of opportunities for jumping around in waves, digging in sand, and lounging in the sun. Captain and his buddy Trax had a great time doing all of these things!

Next weekend I'm doing a half marathon in SF, so Captain will have to watch me run for a change!

Clean Machine

What's better than a nice warm bath to welcome mommy home? Captain is so good about bath time, he always climbs right in and puts up with me washing him down. Maybe it's the warm towel and the treat at the end that makes it ok...
